Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ZestyGlue, a webhook connector service operated as a small, independently run project. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The service

ZestyGlue lets you connect one specific event source to one specific destination — for example, Stripe payment events to a Discord channel. Each connector costs $9/month and includes a 14-day trial. No credit card is required to sign up and explore the product; a connector needs an active subscription to keep running past its trial.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ZestyGlue to:

• Forward illegal content, malware, or material that violates the terms of the destination service you're posting to (e.g. Discord's or Slack's own terms);
• Harass, spam, or flood a destination with abusive traffic;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or otherwise attack the service; or
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate any connector or account that violates these terms.

3. Billing and cancellation

• Each active connector is billed at $9/month via Stripe, after a 14-day trial.
• You can cancel anytime from the Manage Billing link in your dashboard (Stripe's Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future billing; we don't provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• If a payment fails, the connector may stop forwarding events until billing is resolved. We don't return errors to your source service when this happens — events are simply not delivered during that time.

4. Your data and content

You own the data and credentials you configure in ZestyGlue. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to forward whatever data flows through your connectors, and for the accuracy of your source and destination configuration. We act only as a relay between the services you choose to connect — we don't inspect, use, or repurpose your event data beyond delivering it and keeping the short debugging log described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

ZestyGlue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without uptime guarantees or a formal service-level agreement. We aim for high reliability, but as a small operation we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZestyGlue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed, delayed, or failed event deliveries, or losses caused by outages of third-party services we connect to (Stripe, Discord, Slack, and the rest). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

You may stop using ZestyGlue and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you first.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ZestyGlue after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
